Yes, we are happy to review a file submitted before the appraisal is obtained. Our underwriters will review the credit package. If approved, we will condition for satisfactory appraisal.

In order to ensure a thorough analysis and better assessment of overall risk, we require a full file to review. We are unable to issue a decision unless a file is submitted.
