Does Arch MI insure loans for Non-Permanent Resident borrowers? (including H-1B1 visa holders, DACA recipients, etc.)

For loan amounts up to $1 million, Arch MI allows Non-Permanent Resident borrowers who are eligible in accordance with Agency requirements and have a valid Social Security number. We do not have additional overlays specific to visa holders or DACA recipients. Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac will allow mortgages to be made to individuals who are lawful United States residents.
