Will Arch accept the Fannie Mae DU Findings when Day One Certainty is used?

Arch does accept DU Findings when Day One Certainty is used.  However, we will validate the VOE the same as any other VOE.  The income used to qualify should be supported by YTD earnings from the VOE.  Any discrepancy should be fully explained.  Even though DU may validate the income, if the YTD figures do not support the rate of pay that DU used to validate the income, the lender must investigate and determine why.  The validation may become null and void if the difference cannot be explained.
