    What does Arch MI require in order to activate a certificate?

    To activate an EZ Monthly certificate originated under the AMIC Master Policy, choose from one of the following options (no premium is due at closing):

    1. Log in to the secure self-service portal, then enter the Loan Closing Date, new loan number and servicing transfer information (if applicable);
    2. Complete the activation instructions at the bottom of the certificate and fax it to us at 1-800-490-6757;
    3. Send an email to policyservicing@archmi.com with the Loan Closing Date, new loan number and servicing transfer information (if applicable).

    To activate a PostPay Monthly certificate originated under the UGRIC Master Policy, choose from one of the following options (no premium is due at closing):

    1.  Log in to the secure self-service portal, then enter the Loan Closing Date, new loan number and servicing transfer information (if applicable);
    2. Complete the activation instructions at the bottom of the certificate and fax it to us at 1-800-253-8432;
    3. Send an email to servicing@archmi.com with the Loan Closing Date, new loan number and servicing transfer information (if applicable).
    •  For all other Products, premium payment is due at closing and is required in order to activate coverage.
    • For construction loans, regardless of the product premium plan selected, please contact the Policy Servicing team (policyservicing@archmi.com) for activation.
