For loans that have been underwritten by both DU and Loan Product Advisor and receive an “unacceptable” recommendation from one and a valid “acceptable” recommendation from the other, Arch MI will use the valid “acceptable” recommendation for underwriting.

Loans receiving DU® Refer with Caution, Loan Product Advisor® (LPA) Caution 500 A-minus Eligible or LPA Caution recommendations are eligible for insurance with Arch MI when meeting all of our Standard Underwriting Requirements. In some cases, a non-delegated submission may be required. For more information, refer to Chapter 3 of our Underwriting Manual.
