Is income from child support or alimony eligible, if it has been received for less than 12 months?

In order to deem the alimony/child support income as stable, documentation must show regular receipt of full and timely payments for at least 6 months.   A copy of the divorce decree/court order (or other written legal agreement or court decree describing payment terms) should also be provided in order to document continuance for at least 3 years.
