For loans which meet our EZ Decisioning/SwiftClose program parameters and agency guidelines, there is no overlay restricting the number of acres.

Our Standard Program guidelines indicate a maximum of 15 acres. Arch MI will gladly consider an exception for higher acreage upon receipt of a full file for review. Comparable properties should support good marketability with similar acreage, property styles and be common for the area.
