Yes. For loans which meet our EZ Decisioning/SwiftClose program parameters and agency guidelines, investment property purchases and rate/term refinances on one-unit properties are allowed, up to 85% LTV. The maximum loan amount is $679,650 with minimum 680 score and maximum 50% DTI.
